Bret Michaels Concert

We were hoping to be able to finally take our honeymoon for our 1st anniversary...but that didn't happen. Eventually we hope to have a honeymoon, but we just haven't been able to afford it yet. So we decided as our gift to each other, we could get tickets to the Bret Michaels concert that was later this month. It was so much fun! It was nice to get out, just the two of us and have dinner and go to the concert. We had great seat and it was a good show. It seems that a lot of people don't like Bret Michaels...I don't know why, I think he's great!!

9 Months

She's almost 10 months now that I'm finally getting around to this! She's working on cutting her 4th tooth right now. The first two were easy, the 3rd was a little rough, but this 4th one is a nightmare! It's been weeks and it still hasn't popped through! She sure likes to show them off though, I don't have a picture yet where you can see all three.
She's crawling on all fours now instead of scooting around on her tummy. She's getting pretty fast! Which is kind of frustrating too. We have to put a baby gate in front of the kitchen because she tries to eat Riddick's food. If I leave the room, she crawls after me, it's so funny.

New job

I'm really bad at keeping this blog updated. It just seems like we don't have much going on that anyone wants to read about. We haven't done too much so far this month. We did a lot of driving back and forth to Pocatello to pick up the kids. I got a job at a new Italian restaurant opening in town. I've been doing training the last couple of weeks, so Chloe has had to go to daycare for the first time :(. It's only been for a few hours a day here and there. There is a daycare in town that works with Rob...he sends them employees...so he was comfortable taking her there, and they gave us a great deal! She's always happy when I drop her off and pick her up, I'm glad she doesn't cry when I leave, it would make it a lot harder. Once I actually start work, I'll only work at night after Rob gets home. It will be nice to have some extra income.

One Year

The 4th of July is also our one year anniversary. I can't believe it's already been a year. It's gone by so quickly and so much has happened. I love him more everyday and can't imagine my life without him and all he has given me.

4th of July 2010

We went to the parade and it was freezing! Chloe and I stayed bundled up in the blanket and she slept for about half an hour during the parade. The kids had a blast, got lots of candy, and loved the monster trucks.

Chloe's first 4th of July! Her shirt says "American Cutie". The kids also had 4th outfits, but I didn't get a picture of them without the jackets on. Brooklyn's said "All American Cutie" in the shape of a heart, and Tyson's said "USA America Rocks" and had little guitars on it. They were super cute.

We went down by the river for the fireworks and Andrew and Irene met us down there. We thought we got a great spot, but when the fireworks started going off, they weren't very high in the sky, so they were right behind the trees and we couldn't see very well. While we waited for them to start the kids played with Irene with glow sticks and sparklers.
