Team DeWyze!!

The American Idol finale is tonight and we are rooting for Lee DeWyze!

Brooklyn's 5th Birthday!

We went to Leo's place for Brooklyn's birthday party. The kids all had a lot of fun. It worked out that we planned it the same weekend that Randy would be home, so Addy got to come too. Steve and Stephanie came with their kids as well. It's good that they all still get to hang out. My parents and sister also came, and Andrew and Irene, so it was fun for us as well as the kids.

He's so sweet

I don't really have words for this one, it was just adorable.

Brooklyn's last dance recital

We went down to Pocatello to watch Brooklyn dance for the last time this year. She did two dances, and Rob gave her flowers afterward. She was so excited!

I'm trying to post the videos of her dancing...I'm having some trouble, but I'll keep trying.

Mother's Day 2010

At this time last year, we hadn't even found out that Chloe was a girl yet! So this was my first Mother's day with a baby! It was wonderful, she was super happy all day, and I have the most amazing husband ever. He made me pecan waffles for breakfast, my favorite, and brought them to me in bed, after he let me sleep in! Then we had pizza for lunch and he made delicious hamburgers for dinner. He pampered me all day and wouldn't let me do anything. I absolutely love my family!!

Chloe's 1st Haircut

We decided it was about time to trim Chloe's bangs, they were starting to hang in her eyes. This is her before picture.

And this is her after. It's a little bit shorter then I planned, she was wiggly and I was nervous...not a very good combination. Oh well though, they'll grow.

Photo Op by the river

Seemed like a good place for pictures :)

Feeding the ducks

After the park, we went home for awhile to let Chloe nap, and to change into some warmer clothes. We got some bread and headed down to the river to feed the ducks. It was so much fun, the kids loved it! It was still pretty windy though.

An afternoon at the park

The weather was finally looking nice enough to take the kids to the park! When we got there though, it was really windy and got kind of cold, so we didn't stay very long. Chloe got to go on the swing for the first time. She was excited, but we had to bundle her in a blanket because of the wind. Hopefully it will warm up soon so we can spend some more time outside.
